Professor Thuli Madonsela is the former Public Protector of South Africa, former full-time Law Commissioner and current Chair of Social Justice at Stellenbosch University in South Africa. Founder of the Thuma Foundation for Democracy Leadership and Literacy, Prof. Madonsela was one of the drafters of the 1996 South African Constitution, known as one of the most progressive in the world.
