The second Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) comes into force in January 2018 and it could well be the biggest change in the capital markets since Big Bang in 1986.

As of March 2017, FTI Consulting had around 160 stock market clients and in this paper we consider what practical measures these companies should be taking in response to MiFID II.
