Modern Slavery Update

Under the Modern Slavery Bill 2018 any entity doing business in Australia with revenue over AUD$100 million will be impacted by the new Modern Slavery Bill 2018. Labelled as “leading by example” The Bill will require over 3,000 large companies and other entities to publish annual public statements on their actions to address modern slavery in their supply chains and operations not just in Australia but abroad.
