SNAPSHOT: Strasbourg diary

In a month of unprecedented changes, the European Parliament’s Strasbourg plenary goes on (almost) as usual. As the legislative term draws to a close there is much to be done – from finalising two years’ work on copyright to debating the merit of changing the clocks. But sadly, there is no escaping the fact that this is not a normal wrap-up and time is running out to see this end well.
